SweatLock blocks the apps that eat your day and gives the time back only when the camera has watched you earn it. Reach for a blocked app and you get a squat counter instead of a nag screen: do the reps, in front of your own camera, and the block lifts for exactly as long as your own exchange rate says it should. Twenty squats buys fifteen minutes, if that is the rate you set.

Five exercises are verified rep by rep — squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, lunges and arm raises — plus three low-impact stretch holds for a late-night or low-energy unlock. A one-time calibration tunes the rep detection to your body rather than a generic template, voice coaching gives form cues without shame, and a weekly report shows reps done and time earned, including whether you have been quietly making your own exchange rate easier. A cooling-off delay stands between a two-in-the-morning impulse and a rate your calmer self set.

It does not claim to be unbeatable. A determined person can point the camera at a workout video, revoke a permission, or delete the app; framing checks, randomised tempo prompts and session-to-session variation raise the effort floor without eliminating that, and the app says so out loud. It is a commitment device, not a jail cell.

No accounts, no server, and nothing sent anywhere. Pose runs inside the app, the model ships in the bundle, and the app makes no network requests at all. The privacy page sets out exactly what the camera does and how that was verified, and the terms describe the Pro subscription and the lifetime purchase.
