Windfighter 3000 — Privacy Policy

Windfighter 3000 does not collect personal information. Perfect Ship LLC operates no analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting in this app, and includes no third-party tracking software.

Any settings or saved progress are stored on your own device and are never transmitted to us. Removing the app removes that data.

Windfighter 3000 uses your camera. It has to: the game is played by throwing real punches, and the only way it can see them is to watch you. When you start a fight the browser asks for camera permission, and the app opens the front-facing camera at 640×480. There is no microphone request — audio is explicitly switched off in the camera request.

The video never leaves your device. The camera stream is attached to a hidden video element in the page and read frame by frame by a pose-tracking model that runs inside your own browser. Each frame is turned into a list of 33 body landmark coordinates, the coordinates are used to decide whether you threw a jab or slipped a hook, and the frame is then discarded. No frame, image, still, recording, or landmark is uploaded, posted, or transmitted anywhere. The app has no server of its own and makes no network request that carries any data about you — the only outbound requests it makes at all are the two described in the next paragraph, and neither of them sends anything from the camera. Nothing is recorded to disk. When you leave the fight the camera track is stopped and the on-screen camera indicator goes out.

Two files are fetched from other companies' servers when tracking starts: the pose-tracking runtime from the jsDelivr public CDN (cdn.jsdelivr.net), and the pose model itself from Google's storage servers (storage.googleapis.com). These are static files, not tracking software, and Perfect Ship LLC sends them nothing about you. But the request is made from your browser, so those two hosts see that a request was made and see your IP address and browser user-agent as any web server would, and their own handling of that request is governed by their policies rather than ours. If you would rather not contact them, the app cannot track your body and the fight will not start.

Your career progress and your calibration profiles — the measurements the wizard takes of your reach and stance so it can tell your punches apart — are saved in your own browser's local storage on that device, under the keys "wf-career-v1" and "wf-box-profiles-v1". They are not synced, not backed up by us, and never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser's site data for Windfighter 3000 erases them permanently, and that is the whole of the deletion process because there is nothing held anywhere else.

Windfighter 3000 has no accounts and no sign-in.
